EPA Technology Matrix

What are we going to do with these pages? Would it make sense to take away the disclaimer at the end, replace it with a simple (source: EPA, ACORE) or similar and then use these as the basis for organizing technology? As long as we have the full "This information was developed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Research and Development, in cooperation with the Biomass Coordinating Council of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE).", we aren't really at liberty to start filling in the basic info from other sources. They have already given us permission to use the outline (which I think we can interpret broadly...)
